Veal Mince Recipes

Following on from my Veal Escalope Recipe ideas I wanted to share a few Veal Mince Recipes with you. To be fair it was prompted as I had the most amazing Veal Bolognaise recently so had to pass it on. A couple of ragu/Bolognese recipes are below.

In addition to a Bolognese with the weather warming up and heading towards the great British BBQ season there’s no better thought than veal burgers. Or even veal meatballs with a nice rice, pasta or summer salad. The meatball recipe below may open your mind to how to cook such a simple great tasting dish.
