Westons Rose Veal Host London Chefs

Our recent visit from leading London chefs was developed with one of our partners Food Chain. Food Chain are working to build a more sustainable, efficient and transparent supply chain that both chefs and suppliers love. Their mission is to bring high quality, fresh, and affordable food to everyone.We were contacted a few months ago by www.joinfoodchain.com to promote our Rose Veal to chefs all around the UK. Our website provided them with the cuts of veal they could purchase from us but it was decided a visit would be much better for everyone.

So we arranged a day on the farm at Westons Rose Veal so the chefs could see everything for themselves. A tour of the farm and a bottle of milk here and there didn’t go amiss. For the chefs they could understand more about our veal farm. In addition it was only right to then try some of our veal so we cooked up a Full Rack of Ribs for everyone to tuck into.We are looking forward to a long relationship with Food Chain where we can continually promote veal to chefs throughout the UK.
